Unihotel.org news publishing rules

(further referred to as Rules)

Posting a news on Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro User agrees with all positions of Rules and accepts all news publication conditions.

Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro reserves the right to change the terms of these Rules and will provide the notice to all Users in case of changes. If you don't agree to these changes, you must stop using the Services of Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro.

1. Posting news and access to the news. Privacy policy

Publishing news on Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro User fills in the following boxes on «Adding news» page: news title, news text, country and region related to news, etc.

User also choses category of news from the list of categories; language of news text; type of access – “Public news” or “News for agents only”.

User can upload a photo or add it using the external link.

In a box of typing in a news text User can indicate source of information.

User can set the period of displaying the news.

After filling in all the boxes, User can publish news, marking the box “Active” and pushing button “Add”, or save it as draft, pushing button “Add” without marking the box “Active”.

All news, posted on Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro by such Users as hotels, airlines, tourism offices, medical tourism facilities, cultural facilities and services for renting yachts, planes, helicopters, etc. are by default “Public news”- all other Users see such news.

All news, posted on Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro by another types of Users are available only for members of User’s contact list.

Any news of User can be reposted by User in its linked social media accounts.

Any User can repost any News of another User in its linked social media accounts without prior approval, citing the source of information or without referring to one.

Any news on of any User can be displayed also on Travelinfo.pro without prior approval.

Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in News, posted by Users.

2. Copyright Policy regarding content posted on the Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro newsfeed

Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro respects the intellectual property rights of Users and desires to offer a platform, which contains no content that violates those rights. Our User Agreement requires that news information posted by Users be accurate, lawful and not in violation of the rights of third parties.

3. Posting news on Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro User undertakes to:

comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements;
provide accurate and up to date information for your news;
use Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro newsfeed in a professional manner.

4. Restrictions. Publishing news on Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro User undertakes not to:

post inappropriate, inaccurate, or objectionable content;
use profanity, abusive and insulting words and expressions;
misrepresent affiliations with another Users, past or present;
publish news on behalf of other Users;
act in an unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable manner;
disclose any confidential information not having the right to disclose;
violate intellectual property rights of others, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights;
violate the intellectual property or other rights of Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro, including, without limitation, using the word “Unihotel” or our logos in any news message;
post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, or any other form of solicitation unauthorized by Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro;
post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code;
provide content that promotes escort services or prostitution.
create or operate fraud or other similar practice;
post the information, content or data on Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro in connection with any competitive service;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the services of Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro or any related technology, or any part thereof;
imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro;
rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell access to the Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro newsfeed to third parties;
deep-link to our news posting service for any purpose;
monitor Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro newsfeed service availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose;

Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro reserves the right not to publish any information or content in the Newsfeed, as well as to remove it in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
