Unihotel.org services: Payment Terms and Conditions

All services are provided by Transnational Services L.P.
These terms and conditions may be updated at various times and any changes will be effective immediately.
Please ensure being aware of the current Terms and Conditions.

  1. General information

    The following conditions apply to all payments made on accounts of Unihotel.org, Unitravel.pro services. All this web-sites are managed by Transnational Services L.P. company
    Using this payment facility indicates that a Payer accepts the listed below Terms and Conditions.

  2. Short list of services provided by Unihotel.org/Unitravel.pro

    Publication of the news - you can publish news about your company, the region where you are or new services that you provide. Your news will be translated to all our customers. News are available for publication in any language. (Free)
    News translation - we can do translation of your marketing information to different languages to make your presence in the system more spreadout. Term of works execution is up to 2 working days for up to 3 print pages since geting request. All exciting volumes should be discussed. (Charge - online payment)
    Accommodation price offers for hotels. You can input your contract or public rates into our system and distribute to all your partners. Prices with all the special offers will be available for the automatic calculation and booking. (Free)
    Creating online-booking page at your web-site. We can connect the module online booking to your website so that you will get your own customized system for your direct clients and agencies. (Chargable)


  3. Create a chat room on your web site, as well as a telegram-bot associated with the chat system in the system. We can connect Chat module for online communication of company employees and site visitors. (Chargeable)
  4. Payments details

    All payments are made in US Dollars (USD).
    The payment can be done by Payer’s debit/credit card or by debiting funds from the account of the Payer.
    Payment Service Provider accepts cards such as Visa, Maestro and MasterCard of any kind (debit/credit/virtual/prepaid) and any type (Classic, Gold, Platinum, World, Electron (in some cases) and others) issued by any bank across the world.
    The money debit transfer will initiated by the Payment Service Provider directly through its head office.
    After making a payment the Payer will see a confirmation page, indicating either that the payment has been authorized by Payer’s card-holding/account-holding bank or declined.
    All funds on authorized payments will be transferred to Transnational Services L.P. account and are expected within three banking days.
    Transnational Services L.P. will not be responsible if a payment is either refused or declined by the Card Issuing Bank/Account Holder Bank/Acquirer Bank for any reason.
    If the payment is rejected, the Payer should contact its bank's customer support service (making sure there are sufficient funds on its account to make the payment, entered card/account number, expiry date or security code are correct, and verifying that the bank's daily spending limit (if there is any) is not exceeded.

  5. Refund Policy

    Making a payment the Payer confirms the intention to use paid Transnational Services L.P. services.
    Transnational Services L.P. guarantees the performance of its obligations under services in discussed time.

    Claims to the services accepted within 14 days from the date of payment. Decision on the refund will be provided upon review of the claim.
    All claims and applications to refund of non-used funds can be made after submitting firm application or via application through the helpdesk.

  6. Security

    All payment details entered through this gateway are encrypted and the communications between the gateway and the Payment Service Provider’s site are also encrypted.
    Transnational Services L.P. will not be liable for any failure, made by the Payer during making the payment to properly protect their details from other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons during the payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the payment process.

  7. Data Protection

    Transnational Services L.P. will not collect or hold the Payer’s personal data or payment data (bank card numbers or any other banking details) and that of the third party making the payment.
    By agreeing with these Terms and Conditions, the Payer and any third party, making payment accepts and consents to their personal data being provided to the Payment Service Provider for the sole purpose of the Provider offering and administering the payment facility to the Payer or the third party making the payment.
    The Payer or third party making the payment is responsible for ensuring that all personal data provided to the Payment Service Provider is clear and accurate.
    Transnational Services L.P. will not be liable for any losses suffered by the Payer or third party making the payment as a result of inaccurate information being provided to the Payment Service Provider.
