LE NAMASKAR (Restaurant)
Under the auspices of our Chefs, our fine dining restaurant is intrinsically French at heart, but the Moroccan culture and market produce is a daily inspiration. The cuisine is refined but simple, acknowledging many of our guests' desire to retreat and rejuvenate, albeit in sensory luxury. And so the menu features such gourmet dishes as wild seabass tajine with chermoula spices and the spectacular roasted lamb tucked within a Moroccan kefta.
Open from Monday to Sunday from 7:00pm, our restaurant's setting is seductive and sophisticated, a fashionable background for a Sahara escape. The views are over the Balinese inspired gardens and pool, and there is a terrace for warm summer evenings.
Guests adjourn to the ineffably chic Le Namaskar Bar, extending the evening over a digestif.

Le Sawadee promises an authentic culinary journey, featuring some of the most popular dishes from Asia. Delicious Asian specialties are prepared with skilled perfection by Chef El Hachem Oulhous with the highest-quality products, many sourced from our own organic gardens. Flavors are infused with Asian herbs and that distinctive fifth taste, ‘umami’, created with Thai basil, lime and tamarind sauce.
The menu features specialties such as the Satay Gai, grilled chicken satay peanut sauce cucumber sauce, the Tom Yom Goong, spicy king prawn soup lemongrass seasonal mushrooms, the Gaeng Khiaw Waan Gai, green curry chicken with bamboo and basil and a sushi selection.

LA TABLE (Restaurant)
Every lunch time Palais Namaskar offers a new approach to fine cuisine. La Table is a gourmet garden oasis, surrounded by exotic scents and sounds, in the heart of the Palmeraie. Here lunch is transformed into a beautiful escape where guests ‘dip and dine’, enjoying the refreshing pool as a precursor to the epicurean pleasures.
Open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 16:00, La Table menu features combining crisp garden salads, artisan tarts and seasonal vegetables. From MAD 288 (approximately EUR 26), for a two-course menu.

Espace T is a contemporary lounge infused with Moroccan spirit, somewhere to relax any time of day with tea, light snacks or an evening cocktail. The centrepiece is a magnificent Murano chandelier, windows are swathed in yards of exotic silks, while views are over the gardens or towards the mesmeric dancing flames in the open fire.
Espace T serves Harney and Sons teas, purveyor of fine infusions since 1854, served with irresistibly delicate pastries prepared by our own Chef Patissier.

Each Deluxe Room at Palais Namaskar offers 44sqm of spacious interiors for body and mind to refresh and revive. Sunlight pours through floor to ceiling glass doors which in turn open onto a lush courtyard, somewhere to relax and contemplate still waters in peaceful tranquility.
On the 90sqm front terrace there is a heated plunge pool which itself is set in a harmony pond, step through the shallow waters, recline and revitalise, lulled by the gentle sounds of the oasis. Each treatment is designed to create a true sensory experience and a deep connection between the individual, the therapist and the elements. The holistic use of all-natural ingredients further nourishes the body and the mind.
THE SPACE: The Spa Namaskar is a serene space designed to promote purity, energy and balance. There are four treatment rooms each with private outside terraces where sunlight spills through the green palms.
Two resplendent spa suites, both including an authentic hammam, offer complete privacy to couples. The larger suite also features its own plunge pool beside which is an open fire creating a special atmosphere of intimacy.
