Celebrating the beauty of our Resort’s oceanfront location, Taman Wantilan combines the simple pleasures of Western comfort food with the ingenuity of traditional Balinese architecture. Two thatch-roofed Balinese pavilions provide open-air dining rooms, designed to catch the sea breeze and maximise the soaring views over the gentle curve of Jimbaran Bay and Bali's southwest coastline. Named after the “outdoor gathering place” typical to Balinese villages, Taman Wantilan's lively, family-friendly ambience is matched by an extensive selection of timeless Western favourites to offer guests a taste of home even while travelling. A dedicated children's area within sight of the dining room keeps the little ones entertained in a safe environment, ensuring a leisurely, relaxing meal for the whole family. Children can also dine in the play area, with an inspiring Kids' Menu to cater for young appetites.

For the freshest and most authentic flavours of Balinese cuisine served with traditional hospitality, do not miss the unique dinner experience at Jimbaran Bay Cooking Academy. This state-of-the-art venue is located amongst organic herb and vegetable gardens within the traditional village concept of Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay. Take a seat in the indoor dining room or outside amidst organic herb and vegetable gardens and watch Executive Sous Chef Made Widana and his team of Balinese chefs prepare their favourite home-style dishes in the show kitchen.
The a la carte menu features a variety of dishes from the daily Balinese diet as well as those that are usually reserved for important ceremonies such as weddings and temple anniversaries. Enjoy authentic flavours such as satay lilit, grilled jumbo sweet prawns, melt-in-your-mouth pork stew and the famous bebek betutu crispy duck, followed by a sweet finish of Balinese desserts.
The Cooking Academy also runs daily classes for guests to learn the secrets of Balinese and other regional cuisines from around Indonesia.
