Who we are
Funway Holidays (Pvt) Ltd specialises in outbound tourism, tailor-made journeys, luxury travel, cultural and spiritual tours, and professional B2B cooperation with international travel partners.
Our story
Funway Holidays was established as an inbound destination management company for Sri Lanka and India, working with travellers and partners from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, the Baltic states, the Caucasus, Central Asia and other CIS markets.
Funway Holidays became the official franchise of Pro India Tourism in Sri Lanka, providing local sales, payment facilities and professional support for tours across India. The company also launched complete outbound packages and visa support to Russia for Sri Lankan citizens.
Funway Holidays discontinued its inbound operations and focused on developing outbound travel services to Russia for Sri Lankan citizens.
The portfolio expanded to India, Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet for Sri Lankan and Maldivian citizens, together with B2B cooperation for Russian and CIS travel agencies, primarily in the luxury, cultural and spiritual segments.
Leadership
Co-Founder & Managing Director
A graduate of Thurstan College, Colombo, and an active supporter of its alumni and sporting community, including the college’s First XI Cricket Team.
Before entering tourism, Dasan gained professional experience at SriLankan Airlines and Janashakthi Insurance PLC. Since 2018, he has overseen Funway Holidays’ management, operations and strategic development.

Co-Founder & International Tourism Professional
An international tourism professional with more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales and tour-product creation.
She has worked at NKAR Travels & Tours since 2011 and currently serves as Business Development and Sales Representative, developing Sri Lanka’s inbound tourism sector for Russia, CIS countries, China and Israel. She is also the Founder of aleVSham Travel Collection.
